docs: add live {python} Examples to all public symbols missing them#192

15 files, 35 new self-contained executable example cells (seeded RNGs, no network, tempfile-only writes, <10 s each). Verified by the full local pipeline: pytest 1152 passed, ruff clean, quartodoc build + interlinks, full quarto render green; static scans clean (no blank line before fences, no doctest residue, no Sphinx roles).
